If the bird is fully feathered, it is most likely a fledgling and has left the nest on it's own and it's parents are caring for it. It is normal for birds to leave the nest before they can fly. You need to replace it where you found it, preferably in a scrub or tree so it is relatively safe from predators, and the parents should come back to feed it. If it is unfeathered, then look for a nest and if you can find it, replace it into the nest. Do not worry about your scent being on the chick as birds have a very poorly developed sense of smell and will not reject a baby that has been touched.

If you want to look natural then you will want to start with your eyes. Try a shadow a shade or two darker than your natural skin color. Place Just a little bit of white or cream shadow under the brow line and in the crease of your eyes. Normally I would suggest a brown mascara but since you only have black only do one coat on the top lashes. Top off with just a little blush on the apples of your cheeks, temples and forehead. No color on lips. Maybe a little gloss.

I think you should go in www.youtube.com and go to the how to style page. There are many videos explaining make up. There are also many "makeup gurus" i think you should try watching Elle Fowler's videos because she also has blue eyes and fair skin. She explains what brands are good and bad, and explains do's and don'ts to makeup.

They will put a hat on your baby in the nursery to help regulate the baby's temperature, but once you take the baby home, the rule of thumb is that if you are cold, the baby is cold, if you are warm, then the baby is warm. I would not put a hat on the baby in outdoor summer unless you have a cold air conditioned house at night. You may want to get a floppy hat to protect it from the sun when outside. They recommend not using sunscreen until baby reaches 6 months of age.

My son was born in June, and we didn't put him in a woolly hat, the weather was scorching! We did have a little sun hat though, just to keep the sun off his delicate little bald head and the sun out of his eyes! If you have an infant seat with a canopy over it, that will do the same job as a sun hat, so, as long as the weather's warm, you can probablygo without the hat. Doesn't hurt to have a little cotton one packed just in case though, cotton is light and cool during the summer and will protect that little head from the hot sun.

It depends on outside temps. You should certainly protect her from the sun and there are many choices out there.
